KIA Optima Purchase- Manager needs to be replaced ASAP!! My daughter was in a accident, & her car ended up being totaled so we decided to look at what KIA had to offer. Our Salesman was Phillip Futrell Sr., My daughter was in a accident, & her car ended up being totaled so we decided to look at what KIA had to offer. Our Salesman was Phillip Futrell Sr., who by the way is definitely a asset to this dealership! So if you do go there ask for him. They had a 2012 Used Optima on the Lot, which they told to us the car had to go thru inspections and it would take 2-3 days before they could sell it to us. We were there on a Wednesday & they told us they would call my daughter on Monday and it would be ready to purchase. NO DEPOSIT was required to hold the car. So she waited for them to call. Around 2:00 she decided to call them & they told her the car had been sold on Sunday & what was even more shocking it wasn't the salesman that let this happen, but the actual Manager there for KIA! My daughter was so upset & I was livid. So the salesman told us to come back & he would make it right on another Optima. So when I went down there very upset & talked to the Manager he could really could care less if we purchased a car or not. Phillip was the only one that was SINCERE & apologized several times to us with what took place. We ended up buying a very nice 2014 Optima from him. The Manager never came to us and apologized for what he did, which to me is very bad business because it reflects on the entire dealership not just him. He is also lacking skills on how to treat customers that come to the dealership & making it a good experience for them, which will bring your dedicated customers back not only new ones. The only way I would ever go back to that dealership if Phillip Futrell is there & he would be the perfect person for the Mangers Position there. He has the personality, & all the customer service skills to bring customers in & the business would definately triple in sales. He bent over backwards to help my daughter in any way possible & make sure she was satisfied with the purchase & very apologetic! That to me is excellent Customer Service & Phillip should be commended for his dedicated service there at KIA Autosports of Columbus, Ga. When I do go back I hope to see him in a managers position because he is well deserving! More

Love the car and the dealer It was a cold a rainy day and I wandered through the showroom and the car lot for about 20 minutes before anyone saw me. Indeep Gill found me and was immediately at my service. I would rather be set on fire for 15 minutes than go through the process of buying a car but this wasn't bad at all. I had a few items on my shopping list that were "deal breakers" (light color, towing package, satellite radio, cloth upholstery, et. al.). Gill found my car with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. He retrieved the key immediately and we went for a test drive. I entered the financial talks with some trepidation. I was trading in a bit of a beast, albeit an older Kia Sorento. They came up with payments I could live with and before the day was over, I drove out of there with a 2016 Kia Sorento. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable and the coffee and donuts didn't hurt. More
