Bought new vehicle My wife and I went to this dealership Memorial Day, 2015. Our salesperson was Mr. Futrell. He was patient and very friendly. We asked about 2 vehicles My wife and I went to this dealership Memorial Day, 2015. Our salesperson was Mr. Futrell. He was patient and very friendly. We asked about 2 vehicles we were interested in and he helped us make a decision, listing pros and cons about each, with our needs in mind. Due to the holiday sales going on, the employees were being pulled many different directions and the wait time for certain things was less than ideal, but understandable. Additionally, there were in-training employees present that day, which likely slowed the process somewhat. We were allowed extensive test drives of different versions of the same car so we could see how we liked them. Mr. Futrell strove to get us the most discounts on our purchase and gave us tips to save money before and during the purchase finalization. Overall we had a great experience, love our vehicle, and would recommend this Kia dealer to our friends and family. More
