PHILLIP EGGERT was awesome. He told me all I needed to know about the car from the inside out. He insisted I even did my own research so that I wouldn't feel salesmen pressure. The following day I I brought my husband and he test drove the car. Although not 100% ready to buy, PHILLIP offered us 24 hrs to decide (take car home with us) and he gave us plenty of time to talk alone. He was very patient. WORSE SERVICE EVER!! WHAT EVER YOU DO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came to this dealership with 15,000 to spend from my credit union. I found a dodge charger I wanted. I spoke w WHAT EVER YOU DO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came to this dealership with 15,000 to spend from my credit union. I found a dodge charger I wanted. I spoke with Phillp who was helping with this deal. The first issue I had was I told Phillp I had to stay at 15,000 because the bank will not allow me to go over. He called me back and stated that he couldn't get me right at 15,000 but he could get me a couple of dollars away from it. At this point only thing I needed was a buyers order stating that price. I got an email from Phillip and it was not what we talked about. So I called to speak with someone about this issue so the lady transferred me to CLAY (REALLY RUDE). He answered the phone and started to speak to me (the customer) like I was his child and when I asked him why was he speaking to me in that tone he hung up. The great thing about this I have voice recorder and I recorded the whole phone call. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More
