The attention I received once I got on the lot was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Mr. Riley went out of his way to answer any questions I had, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I selected, and made the entire process the best car buying experience I have ever had. I mean I was literally in and out in less than 2 hours and that time included a 30 min test drive. REALLY REALLY Satisfied with this process, the professionalism, and looking forward to doing more business or definitely referring business to Mr. Riley!!! More

Now, I'm not an impulsive person, so despite my delight with the Soul, I needed an economical deal too. I was not disappointed. Poor Customer Service My granddaughter leased a Kia Optima on July 11, 2016 from Clarence (very satisfied with this salesman). She turned in her 2013 Kia Soul, but was giv My granddaughter leased a Kia Optima on July 11, 2016 from Clarence (very satisfied with this salesman). She turned in her 2013 Kia Soul, but was given no paperwork signifying that it was turned in. Additionally, she was not given a second set of keys to the Optima. This concerned us because when she leased the Kia Soul in 2013, she asked for a second set of keys, and she never received them. On July 12, 2016, she visited Kia Sports in Columbus, GA to ask for the second set of keys for the Optima. She was told they could not find them and that she would be called. No one called. I called and left a message on July 15 for Clay Green to call me. This is July 18 and he has not returned my call. So, this morning, I called and spoke to Chase, one of the new car managers, and explained my dilemma to him. He promised he would handle my two concerns and call me back. About 3:30 pm, I called him back, and he said he had not had time to take care of my problems, but that he would call me before he left the dealership today. It is now 8pm, and he has not returned my call as promised. Tomorrow I will start asking for the General Manager. If I cannot get help from him, we will find out about returning the Optima to them, and we will go to another dealership altogether. They are great until you walk out the door. After that, they could care less. We will NEVER deal with them again. We are through with Kia Sports in Columbus, GA. More
WOW THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE I was so blown away with the service I received when I was at Kia Auto Sport in Columbus Ga. I really didn't expect to purchase a car that day, I was only going to look but with the help of Maurice, I left there in my first brand new car. He help me like I have never seen or heard a salesman work with a customer buying a car or anything else to say. I think he truly cared about me and not about the money, I truly appreciated that so very much and he didn't try to force me to do anything,I was truly thankful for that. So it is definitely safe to say that Maurice took excellent care of me, I truly thank him for that. In closing things up, Mr. Bentley was awesome help as well, he got the paperwork ready in a good timely matter and it wasn't a long process of getting the paperwork done. Thank you to both of these gentleman for there extreme hard work taking care of me so well, making my first new car buying experience so very awesome. More

Working with the folks at this Kia dealership was a pleasure. They didn't blink at our myriad questions and meticulous consideration of everything. Our salesman was Mr. Peavy, and he was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Bentley, (I'm gonna call him "our money guy" ) was so patient and professional. We probably gave him "hell" with the questions. Finally Frank, (Mr. Technicolor Socks) was awesome, as we had to work out a few kinks. He was absolutely encouraging and made sure that we knew that Kia wanted to get us into our car. MY BOXY KIA SOUL! I love this car. My husband had to persuade me to test drive one. I never liked the shape and really shied away from it. Glad I gave in, though. It's sooo roomy and a great driving car. Between my husband's persuasion and Peavy's selling skill, I was sold. Paul was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. That is a reason I chose to go ahead and purchase a car he walked me through the whole process is a great sales person with an awesome personality. I love my new 2017 Kia Sorento and the staff was wonderful at Kia AutoSport on Whittlesey Road. Once Paul put together the deal I was introduced to mr. Mixon the finance manager he was also very very knowledgeable and Sara and assisted me again into completing a wonderful day love my new 2017 Kia thank you Kia AutoSport for all you do information The Experience seamless.
