Wait was very long for a scheduled appointment. (Received % off services). A relative of an employee there arrived after me for same service and was out before me and another guests. Service rep. guy was rud % off services). A relative of an employee there arrived after me for same service and was out before me and another guests. Service rep. guy was rude when complaint made after my car was ready as if I didn't know anything about cars. They were about to close and may have been ready to go that day. Never has anyone treated me in that way before. Hate coming here to keep tires for life. Wish old representatives was back or Yousef was at work that day, he listens and communicates any complaints to service representatives so that they would handle the customers concerns More

Hey, bought a car from this dealership on febuary 24th. Brand new 2020 kia forte gt. Absolutley beautiful car! I purchased a vehicle @Kia Auto. Kevin Moseley, my salesman was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and took care of everything even after I left and called in with an issue weeks later. Approved/NOT Approved This is the worst dealership I ever been too! I spoke with Terrence over the phone he stated we can get you approve! I informed Terrence that I live 4 This is the worst dealership I ever been too! I spoke with Terrence over the phone he stated we can get you approve! I informed Terrence that I live 40 mins away and I didn't want to come unless I know I was approved! Once I got there Terrence didn't answer the phone or wasn't in the building and I wasn't approved therefore that was 40 min drive and a waste of gas! More
