Worked with Paul Heiser at Keystone Volvo and very happy. I was an out-of-town buyer and the process was fantastic. I ordered the car remotely (I'm from the DMV) with a simple engagement process and paymen I was an out-of-town buyer and the process was fantastic. I ordered the car remotely (I'm from the DMV) with a simple engagement process and payment upfront. The car took a while to get here, but he kept me updated and continued checking-in with his manager. I did a remote trade in - he had me tell him about the car, provide the VIN and gave me an estimate. Better than that, when I picked up the car, there was no hassle / haggle about the value of the car, no extra costs at closing (I was concerned about a bait and switch). The pickup process was 37 minutes - not joking. I told him when I was coming, arrived on time, he was ready, I sat down to finish signing the paperwork (we had done some online), grabbed a water and the keys and took off. It's taken me longer to do test drives at other dealerships. As I get older, I have far less patience for paying a company while getting hassled. This company respected my time and money. In a world where the car purchase game is moving online, we now have a choice. If you're looking for a Volvo, consider driving here to make it happen. More
