Keystone Motors was a pleasure to deal with. They knew their Volvos, had some to test drive, and worked with us to get the model and features we wanted. From the receptionist, sales manager, salesman (Rich Wobensmith) the experience was a pleasure. People smiled, asked to help, were prepared for appointments, just plain old fashioned good customer service. The price was good but not exceptional. However, we compared the Volvo XC60 to BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford and Acura and decided that the Volvo was simply a better car for less money. The dealings with Keystone Motors convinced us this was the right dealer to buy from. Highly recommended. More
This is my 4th Volvo and it is now 4 years old. I bought this one from Keystone Volvo in Doylestown, PA. I am always greeted the minute I pull in. Once inside the door, they have my paper work filled out and ready to start on my car. The atmosphere is always very friendly and welcoming. I usually go by to say 'Hi' to Joe Craig, stop to fix a tea or coffee then go up to the waiting room. I always stay and wait for my car since the room there is so nice and comfortable. People can either get some work done on the desks that are in the room or relax and watch TV. It is probably the nicest waiting room I have ever been in...ever! I would definitely recommend Keystone Volvo in Doylestown. I love my Volvo and feel like I am being well taken care of at Keystone Volvo. More

Joe, our salesman is wonderful, truly “no pressure, no hype” as their slogan goes. He is friendly, informative and listens to what type of vehicle we are interested in and sees that we get it. Keystone’s service department is run very efficiently, they make service an enjoyable experience. They are courteous, experienced and do everything possible to get you in and out in a timely fashion. I also enjoy using the free car wash coupon that accompanies each service visit! If there is anything that I would change about Keystone Motors, it would be that they were located closer to my home, however, all things considered; I am still willing to drive the extra distance to deal with Keystone Motors. More

They were responsive to my expectations both in terms of price and model specs. All negotiations were handled over the phone and email. The day I picked up my new car, all terms were as discussed with one exception....the final price was a few dollars less! I was in and out in less than an hour. You won't be disappointed. More

They took the time to answer all of my questions. They really made my fiance feel at home. Joe was great... he was fair and I do feel like I got a great, fair deal. What was the best was that I didn't even buy a Volvo. I purchased a used BMW and I felt like I was buying a new car. Joe (the salesmen) called me to follow-up and we received a personal thank you from the General Manager of the dealership. What great people to work with. I will recommend them everytime I can. More
I have a 2006 S40 volvo and have had issues with the air quality (smell) since day one. The service department never said a thing durning the factory warranty and seemed surprise everytime we brought it in quality (smell) since day one. Today it is apparenetly a known issues; per the service manager... So now it is Volvo problem and this dealer can't help!!! Great customer service. Recently a sensor issue happened; they "fixed/replaced" it and the next day it happened again. This is on top of the constant items that need to be addressed every time we get the standard oil change. Another big issue is that everytime we bring it in we get a differnet view point on the warranty we purchased from this location. I would think they would fully understand what they sold and what would be covered. I have 2 Toyota's Camrys (1 with 330K miles and 1 with 35K miles - not 1/10 of the issues and a better ride for less money....) More
After spending almost $2,000 at Keystone for a problem they were not able to fix we took it to an independent mechanic who fixed it for $100. When Keystone cleaned out the throttle they reused an old gask they were not able to fix we took it to an independent mechanic who fixed it for $100. When Keystone cleaned out the throttle they reused an old gasket instead of replacing it. They are good at repalcing expensive modules without actually fixing the car. If I could sue them for the cost of the ineffectual "repairs" I would. More
