From the moment I went into Keystone to see about leasing a Volvo, I have to say the reason I returned was because of Rich Wobensmith being so helpful to me when I had considered a Volvo in the past. The fact that I was now ready to consider a Volvo for my new lease found Rich being just as helpful and informative as before. He was very considerate of my time. The dreadful paperwork process was pretty much painless and very smooth...nothing like the time consuming process I had endured in the past. Since then, visits for service and one for auto body repair have continued to impress me. They are always willing to accomodate my schedule with appointments, in fact one time I had a problem and just stopped in. They were so eager to fix the minor problem and handled it quickly. The dealership has a very comfortable and clean waiting area... the whole dealership is spotless. When dropping off the car, I am aways greeted warmly and sincerly thanked when the work is done. Keystone really shines! More

I purchased my first Volvo, a used 2001 S60, in 2003, and had every intention of getting at least 200,000 miles. Keystone provided fantastic service throughout the time I owned this car. Unfortunately, in June 2011, only 40,000 miles from my goal, I was rear-ended by a semi. Thanks to that Volvo, my personal injuries were minor. The Volvo took the hit and was totalled. This meant I had to get another car quickly, with little time or energy to devote to searching, evaluating options, etc. Keystone Volvo came to the rescue. They took care of working with my insurance company to finalize disposition of my old car, had a 2009 S60 on the lot that was within my price range, and provided sales and service that was seamless. Truly no pressure, no hype. Keystone has earned my highest regard; I will continue to be a loyal customer. More

The experience of buying my Volvo was terrific. I had in my own mind what I thought a fair deal was and then the dealer came back with a price that beat it. I got a financing rate 0.10% below what my own bank would have given me and what I felt was fair, again, beating my expectation. The trade-in price for my current vehicle also completely beat my expectations. The sales person was very well informed and not at all high-pressure. The car was delivered when they said it would be and everything was prepared in advance so that the purchase process went very expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Volvo. More

My overall experience buying my sons "new car" a 2007 SAAB 9-3 Aero was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. Keystone's moto rings true. He was very busy that Saturday we were there to see a car my son found on Keystone's website, and although Joe was very busy I never felt ignored, pushed off or slighted in any way. He is very helpful, professional and made us feel at home and comfortable throughout our entire experience. Keystone is very fortunate to have such an employee. Joe is a wonderful example of how customers should be treated. Joe should be commended highly and I will recommended him or anybody who is looking not only for a good car and deal but a wonderful car buying experience.
