Thieving, lying, stereotypical "car salesmen". They overbook service appointments and you'll sit for hours with bays full and ONE mechanic, they'll replace things NOT NEEDED without telling you, s They overbook service appointments and you'll sit for hours with bays full and ONE mechanic, they'll replace things NOT NEEDED without telling you, salesman is AWOL after sale... and THEN pulls attitude when management says "contact your client", good luck getting that owners manual. Office staff is uncaring. Want your title? When we get to it.. in a few MONTHS. "The mail is slow" with an attitude of being an inconvenience. I got a car with a gauged front bumper (we'll fix it..... uh, no we won't), rattle in the door, two tone front/ back bumpers, massive oil leak within 1st 50 miles (Oil filter casing cracked). Sounds like dropped off the car carrier to me! ONLY because of the massive oil leak did they get me my owners manual and bumper fixed. Oh, and that "loaner car" thing? Yeah... right. Jan 8 bought the car, 3 months later Volvo corporate had it towed out of my driveway with 50 miles, two weeks later, got it back with 150 miles... a driveway filled with large oil spots (moved to shovel snow)... and no loaner car, or even deliver the car back to me.... or apology. If you want to buy an overpriced lawn ornament, you've found the place!!!! 1st new car in over a decade, last car of this lifetime, life savings... and I cringe once a year when I go for my free inspection.... and every second I have to be on that property, I cringe. I'd rather be getting root canal without novacane then sit in that building. If I had the money, I'd go elsewhere. Oh, and btw, last inspection the quote on the phone was "no charge". I asked several times, ended the conversation with "I'll see you on (this date) for my free inspection". When I got there, that changed. They charged me. They said I could reschedule my inspection. Hey, AHs, how about honoring your word? Ha ha ha... yeah, right! Couldn't ever get a straight answer for basic questions from them. Put it on the list with the non-existent apology from the salesman. Instead, I got a list of his accolades. Arrogance. Repeat... 1st new car in over a decade, last new car of this lifetime... life savings.... May you rot in the bowels of xxxx... Throughout this nightmare, I called the really nice people at Volvo in Feasterville. THEY answer my questions, ending with "you're dealer should do this, we always do". More
