I stopped in a few months prior to check it out and then recently came in for a test drive and ultimately purchased an XC90. Paul was very honest when comparing models and gave great insight given the parameters I set out. He was also in demand with other customers wanting to see him, which was a testament to his professionalism and excellent customer service. This is our third Volvo, but the first we have purchased from Rick and Keystone Volvo. We are completely satisfied with the high level of service and care that we received.
