We were told she was straight forward friendly and could make us a great deal. I reached out to her through text message and she didn't disappoint. She was attentive, prompt, responsive and honest. She listened to all of my needs and requests. She worked us up a perfect deal and was honest the whole way. She listened to what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise monthly. She sent me everything and was transparent. We drove an hour and a half to meet Jen and she had the car pulled up and ready for us even before we showed. She is thoughtful and organized. She had everything prepared to make our time at the dealership as easy and quick as possible as she knew we were from out of town. The process was smooth and nothing changed when we arrived at the dealership. Jen Montrose is great at her job and cares about making you the best deal that works for you. We happily signed and drove away in our brand new Volvo S60. We love it so much! We are so grateful for Jen for making it work out for us and making us new Volvo owners. We are lifelong customers and I recommend Jen Montrose and the team at keystone Volvo of Doylestown. Thank you! More
Please be VERY CAREFUL taking your vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I took my Volvo S60 to be serviced and while paying for the services, my vehicle keys were inadvertently handed over to a random at this dealership. I took my Volvo S60 to be serviced and while paying for the services, my vehicle keys were inadvertently handed over to a random customer, and my vehicle was being driven off the dealership lot right before my eyes. Both the Service Manager and General Manager failed to take accountability, claiming the customer was confused. This is a huge liability as the customer also accessed my personal documents while in my vehicle. More

Just picked up our 7th Volvo, this one the XC60. Joe Craig is always great to work with. I asked them to hold a car for two weeks and they obliged with no deposit required. I needed a repair that required the removal of the driver side door. When I left the dealership I did notice a dull spot on the door but assumed it was a grease print from the mechanic reattaching the door. side door. A few days later I took a closer look and it was clear they had scratched the door and tried to cover it ... it left a DULL area around the damage. I would have had more respect for them if they had just told me what happened and fixed it properly. I have sent them two e-mails and they did not even respond. Very disappointing. More
