It is a pleasure coming to Keystone Berwyn to service my Volvo S80. The service is always excellent. I would not feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else. I am very happy with my service person, Richard Barr. He is a very competent, thorough, detailed person. I know I am in good hands with his experience and expertise. He works with a mechanic, named Jim (Noge is his nickname). Jim is excellent. I like feeling comfortable that my car was serviced right.

I'm disappointed to see this review and am concerned that we left the impression that we are willing to mislead our customers as this is certainly not the case. Windshield replacement can usually be done and driven home on the same day; however, with the below-average temperature and the fact that it was raining, we felt it was best for the repair's integrity to keep it in a warm, dry environment overnight. I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and will certainly address this matter with the team. I would like to clarify the timeline here. I brought my car in on Tuesday at 915am. I sat in the waiting room for two hours. I was then told that they could not work on my car that day and it would have to wait until tomorrow (no explanation as to why). I asked MULTIPLE times "will the car be ready on Wednesday? I need the car for early Thursday morning". I was assured the car would be ready. At no time, was I advised that it might have to be kept overnight. If I was told that it was even a possibility, I might have had the opportunity to make arrangements. Instead I was told for the first time on Wednesday afternoon that it would be not be ready until Thursday. My wife was late to work on Thursday as a result and I was without a car for 2 and a half days for a repair that, according to you, should have been normally been done on Tuesday. There was no explanation as to why I was never advised on Tuesday that my car might not be ready until Thursday. When I asked for a discount on Wednesday afternoon after being informed that my car would not be ready (on what was a very expensive repair), I was told that I could come pick up the car (implied by her tone was that I could take my chances that the repair was dry enough and that simply asking for a discount was offensive). I just want to be clear that I was without my car for 2 and a half days with no explanation as to why it could not be worked on at all the first day, no loaner offered, no discount offered, and no explanation as to why I was told on Tuesday it would be ready Wednesday (even though I made sure to ask the representative multiple times if it would be ready Wednesday).
