Alan was incredibly helpful and transparent as we began to crunch numbers to negotiate price on a 2012 S60. As a young woman shopping by myself, I felt at ease asking for exactly what I wanted and Alan & the Keystone Team completely delivered on all of my requests. Additionally, most of the paperwork could be done electronically, which worked extremely well for me. I couldn't have asked for a more respectful and easy buying experience. Great Customer Service I was in Bucks County when an alert popped up that my tail light was out. They had replaced the tail light within 10 minutes, and I was on my way. That is great customer service in my book! More

Smoothest & Quickest Car Buying Experience After an accident, i needed to replace my totalled 2012 S60, which i had purchased from ALAN KIRSCH at Keystone. Since the car held up quite well during the accident, i was sold on Volvo, and decided to replace it with another S60, this time a 2015.5. Since i knew what i wanted, i shopped around as efficiently as possible. I found an unbelievable price at another dealer, but the price went up each time i spoke with that _other dealer_. When i spoke with BENJAMIN STEIN at Keystone, he agreed to match the competitor's price, since i was a loyal sales & service customer. ALAN KIRSCH took over the sales process, which makes sense since he sold me my previous S60. I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour on the agreed upon delivery day. This was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience i've ever had. I commend both Benjamin & Alan for going their outstanding service, and retaining a loyal customer. I very highly recommend Keystone Volvo of Berwyn. I'd like to add that i've had my previous car serviced exclusively by Keystone's service department, and i've always found the service, expertise, and care to be outstanding.
