I honestly couldn't judge where the right side of the car was located when I took the car out! Jordan Pavillard was amazingly patient during that time and worked with me until I was comfortable behind the wheel. He also took a great deal of time to explain all of the wonderful safety features in the car and how all of the new equipment (gadgets) like blind side and blue tooth worked. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the car and the time he took with us until we were comfortable with the SUV. Purchasing the car also went smoothly. SInce that time, the car has been serviced as directed by the manual, and the service department was courteous and took care of minor concerns without incident. It has been a very positive experience dealing with Jordan and Keystone Volvo. More

When I purchased the car two days later, Khalid was patient, understanding of my hesitancy (of trading in my old Volvo- I had grown attached as one does to a 15 yr old car), and gently eased me into loving my new car. We traded in a 2011 Ford Fusion, which I never really liked as our family car, and got a new Volvo XC70 wagon, which is not only a great looking car, but is very comfortable to drive. Dave helped to steer me in the right direction for my best needs. I originally was set on an SUV, the XC60, but I'm much happier with the wagon. I thought that since everyone seems to be buying an SUV that I should do the same, but Dave showed me how the wagon is a better fit for us. I would not have been as happy if I had gone with my original choice. Also, Dave was persistent in finding my car in stock at a remote dealership and reserving it ahead of the other sales people who were trying to find a similar vehicle with those options. More
