THEY CHARGED ME $1500 FOR AN ALARM I DID NOT WANT!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF OF $1487+ I purchased a new 2015 Honda Accord sport on 5/16/15, Finance DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF OF $1487+ I purchased a new 2015 Honda Accord sport on 5/16/15, Finance Manager Rosealine Pandazos charged me $1487 for a KARR Security alarm which I which I did not want, she offered to lower my APR from 0.9% (Approx $340 over 5yrs) to 0.01% (Approx $8.00 over 5 yrs) and the money I would be saving from the finance would cover the KARR alarm, but $330 was not sufficient enough to cover the alarm which cost me $1487+. When I called Keyes Honda and spoke to GM Ramin Hakakian and GM of sales John Lee, they said there was an misunderstanding between me and Rosealine, which there was never a misunderstanding because there is a major dollar difference between the alarm of $1487+ and the finance of $340. Rosealine knew what she was doing, whether she knew she was making a commission on the alarm or not she knew exactly what she was doing, she's no dummy she's a finance manager who deals with this on a daily basis!!! My options were to return my vehicle even thou I have put money into it and would be losing money or sign new contract at the original higher APR rate which would cost me more money on financing and they would deactivate the alarm!!! As you can see in other reviews this is not the first time this has happened at this particular dealer and I am sure it won't be the last unfortunately. The sad part is imagine how many people they have done this to and the customer never noticed, it's sad and pathetic! I have also learned that this particular Keyes Honda dealer takes there used cars to a body shop for repairs before they are brought to the lot, meaning they make repairs that are not reported to the dmv, customer or carfax, they may not be major repairs, simply to repair a dent or scratch or paint but this is based on facts not fiction!!! I have unfortunately lost my trust and good faith in this dealer, I am simply telling my unfortunate turn of bad events at this dealer and hope you go elsewhere the next time you decide to purchase a vehicle. - sincerely Keyes Honda Woodland Hills EX-CUSTOMER More

I drove the car around the block and thought it was ok without making a left turn since that was their route. I end up buying the car 2014 that a test driver hit something and was repainted.i left the dealer drive it half a block and almost get in a wreck because of the convex mirrors! I then try to return it , they not only put me down but then charge me $500 restocking fee. More

I brought in my Accord due to a trunk latching problem that occurred the night before. They inspected the car and determined that the latch cable from the drivers seat was keeping the latch from latching. They said it will cost $550.00 to replace the cable due to the amount of labor involved in routing the cable thru the cabin. They charged me $80.00 to diagnose the problem. The repair would also replace the latch. I declined the service paid the $80,00 at least knowing what the problem was...I took it to my mechanic that afternoon. He looked at it and in 10 seconds said the cable had nothing to do with the problem. He said the latch was slightly bent so he corrected it in about 10 minutes. It is fixed and works fine. He didn't charge me anything. Beware of these guys.....never again......Update: I requested a refund, they said they would send me a check...its been 10 days still waiting... More

I got quotes from all of them but the Woodland Hills Honda said they would match any price. That specific dealership is a mile from where I work so I figured it would be easy and convenient way to get the best price. When I arrived the car was in stock, but the price of $21,606 that they said they would match was the "selling price." Little did I know there was an "Adjusted selling price" that included mandatory additions. They were now trying to sell me a car for $1,400 more than the other quote I received so I decided to leave. On my way out, the manager stopped me and asked what price I needed to buy the car. I told him $22,000 because at this point I just wanted to get it done. The manager brought me over the new selling price of $22,000 and I was about to agree when I noticed my taxes had gone up from $1,900 to $2,900. The manager told me it must have been a mistake and that he would fix it. The "corrected" bid from the manager confirmed my suspicions. The price was back up to $23,000 and he told me that was the best he could do. Do not let these xxxxxxxx take your money. More

The car s They had a used Honda Civic which had a Car Fax report. The report showed NO accidents. I ran AutoCheck which I had heard was more detailed. The car showed using AutoCheck that an accident had occurred in October 2013. I notified sales staff and management. I also sent a copy of the report. No one seemed to care. A week later when I noticed the same car advertised without accident disclosure, I called and spoke with the manager. He asked me,"Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I said I wanted him to be honest and disclose the accident. When it appeared to me this was not going to happen, I made it clear I would never buy a car from this dealership. More

The vin number was listed and I called to find out if they actually had the car on the lot so that I could go take a look at it. They called me back twice within an hour to let me know that the car was on the lot and I told them that I would be there in about 20 minutes to come and look at it. I arrived and took it for a test drive. I liked the car, the color and the low mileage. On the internet, the car was listed for $15,995. They asked me how I would pay for the car and I told them that I would write them a check for $15,000 and they said come inside and we will discuss it. I was left waiting in the office and the salesman, Van, came back to tell me that the car had already been sold yesterday. Typical used car salesman bate and switch tactic. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shoddy workmanship, deceitful and confrontational. My first and last time at Woodland Hills Honda. On Saturday, June 7, I spent $50.05 to install the right spring in the trunk of my 2005 Honda Accord. When I eventually lifted the trunk lid it crashed back instead of stopping at a certain point. The following week, I called the Service Department and the guy argued with me. I simply hung up on him. I then found an independent Honda mechanic in Sierra Madre and made the 60-mile drive to his small garage (he has 5-stars by all of his customers). Chris investigated and told me that the mechanic had broken the cushion of the spring. Chris said he would not charge me for installation and the part would be about $5.00. WH Honda knew they had broken the cushion but were deceitful and did not tell me, just letting me drive away with shoddy workmanship while pocketing $50.05 and then denying liability. Females. Last minute deal change We were trading in our leased car for a new CRV (first time Honda). Had agreed on pricing, down payment, payoff for the lease (first thing we discuss We were trading in our leased car for a new CRV (first time Honda). Had agreed on pricing, down payment, payoff for the lease (first thing we discussed before deciding to move forward). All was agreed, applications signed, proof of insurance and pay stubs submitted and when we were on our way to sign papers and pick up the car we get a call that there was a problem. They wanted more money because the "person that they were going to sell the our car to had changed his mind". They were still willing to take it but wanted more money which they graciously (joke) offered to tack on to our new payment. What?? We should've read their reviews here prior to dealing with them since it appears we are not the only ones this has happened to. Find someone who can be upfront and honest and beware of last minute deal changers! Do not go here if you value your hard earned money and ALWAYS check reviews first. We should've known better. More
