I knew all the prices of all Ex-l's in the so cal area. When I found that Keyes was priced so well, I was naturally skeptical. I was waiting for the "here comes the screw job" moment that never came. My suspicions even had me ask my credit union to use an auto broker to find a comparable deal just to make sure. They told me that they couldn't get anything remotely close and he said it was a great deal. There was no question, this place had the most competitive price around. A 2015 ex-l with 17k for 21K is a ridiculous deal. I was fortunate to not have read the yelp reviews of this place until after I had bought the car, or else it would've skewed my opinion of this dealer negatively. In fact, I wasn't really worried about the deal until I got home and read some of the reviews that bashed this place. It's bs. Yes, there are negotiations, but they don't try and pull tricks. Van made the process effortless and I felt like I was taken care of. He was professional, personable, and worked on getting me the right deal for my price. Armen was the same, a great guy who did his job, but didn't lose sight that he was speaking to another human being. He showed kindness and was extremely respectful. He wasn't looking at me as a means to profit. It was, "lets get to a place where we both feel right." From beginning to end everything was smooth and easy. The deal I got cannot be found anywhere else, and I would've missed it if I listened to a bunch of negative reviews by people who are either paid/working for other dealerships to write-em, or customers that are so anal that if they don't like the bottle water being offered for free, they are turned off. Bottom line, you go to this place if you want a great deal and great service. Can't thank Van and Armen enough for a wonderful car buying experience. I will be back to buy again and again. Will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. More

Liars and dishonest business practices I have to start by saying this had to be one of the most dishonest dealerships I've ever delt with. If you're dealing with RAZI, don't. I spoke to h I have to start by saying this had to be one of the most dishonest dealerships I've ever delt with. If you're dealing with RAZI, don't. I spoke to her, got a price, she emailed me photos and I told her I'd be there around 8. I asked her repeatedly ok so this is the price, nothing is going to change once I get there because we're driving 4 hours and I don't want to waste both our times. She assured me that there would be no problems. So we decide to make the drive there and the second we get there the receptionist tells us Razi isn't there but we have another sales associate that can help you. I said no problem as long as we have the same deal. So we start reviewing the numbers and all of a sudden the price is 3000 more then stickerd price. They explain to us that they have standard accessories and the those accessories equal to 2000 dollars. So apparently every used car on the lot is actually 2000 dollars more then what they advertise. So beware. Then they added an additional 800 dollars to price and claimed itas a delivery fee on used car. Not sure how that's possible but that's what they said. As for the 2000 dollars in accessories they claimed it was for alarm system that they put in all of there used cars and apparently don't tell you until they discuss the numbers. And on top of that the car clearly did not have an alarm system. At that point I told them this was complete xxxxxxxx and started walking out. As we stood up they brought in the store manager and decided to add fuel to the fire by insulting us. He asked if we didn't know anything about buying used cars and if we had any clue on how marketing worked. I simply replied false advertisement is not marketing but call it what you will. At this point he dropped the 2000 dollar charge but said he couldn't do anything about the 800 dollars. He tried to make us feel like he was doing us a favor but at the end we were still paying 1300 dollars more then what we originally agreed. In the end we walked out with out a car, extremely angry. I will say they did fill up our tank as a sort of apology. It still can't make up for the 8 hours of wasted drive time. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you do decide to do business with this place be very careful, this dealership still has that sleezy used car mentality. More

I bought a certified used car from them and they (Freddie and Ara) tricked me into the deal and only took out the feature (car alarm) from my car after I signed the paper. BE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND REVIEW THE PAPER THOROUGHLY IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. AND BRING YOUR PHONE TO RECORD ALL THE CONVERSATIONS. But for your own best interest, go somewhere else to shop cars instead of doing business with them. Freddie and Ara are crooks and I have planed to bring my case to Honda of America Corporate and present my evidences of how they lied to their customers. I am now driving a car with two ugly holes on my driver side of steering panel. UGH! AGAIN, BUYERS AWARE, DON'T GO THERE!!! More
