Great car, bad customer service I had a really regrettable car buying experience at Keyes Woodland Hills. I've waited for over a week for them to reach out to me to fix the situation I had a really regrettable car buying experience at Keyes Woodland Hills. I've waited for over a week for them to reach out to me to fix the situation, but they have not, so I simply wanted to let other local car buyers know about my experience. I purchased a new Honda H-RV at the end of July. I walked onto the lot prepared to buy, so long as the dealer had a manual transmission, which they did. I worked with T, who was pleasant enough at first but he became increasingly arrogant and unhelpful. While signing the paperwork, T informed me that the carwash revealed that the car was covered with tiny white spots (water marks?). I was told that I could bring the car back in for detailing to have the spots removed. I brought the car in for detailing later that week. When I returned in the evening to pick up the car, some of the spots remained, so I had to leave the car another day. At this point, I also noticed damage to my bumper; they claimed that it must have been my fault, but I hadn't noticed it beforehand so I was suspicious. I asked them to repair both the bumper and the remaining spots. When I returned again to pick up the car, there were *still* spots on the car and they had not repaired the bumper. I was told to take the car and that the sales team would reach out to me about the remaining spots. To shorten the rest of the story: my car still has spots, the bumper is still damaged, and they have still not returned my calls. I can get over the remaining spots and bumper damage (it's only a bumper), but the rude and negligent customer service is really disappointing. I love my new car, but that weird smell is bad customer service from Keyes Honda Woodland Hills. Other details from this experience: When I went to pick up my car after the first detailing, they had lost my car key. While I started off dealing with T, he passed me onto the sales manager Frank. I had an appointment with him but had to cancel; he hasn't returned my three calls. The staff continues to point out that the spots are only visible because the car is black... so if I had a different color car, they wouldn't care about the damage at all. More

My daughter felt she was traded on a Camel Market Sexims at best and treated my daughter like a camel deal. If you are a female, do not go there, as they will screw you over any which way they can.
