Terrible Dear whom concern It has got to the point that I have to write something about how the service department is at Honda dealership in Woodland Hills Dear whom concern It has got to the point that I have to write something about how the service department is at Honda dealership in Woodland Hills California, I have been taking my car for service ever since I got my HR-V Honda and every time there are different issues which no one cares about. For instance poor service, poor carwash, new scratches on vehicle, wet seats, soap marks inside the car, never get a call when car is ready, Typo email address, I feel like I’m being ignored. Not happy at all what so ever and I will continue emailing until it gets someone’s attention and do something about it.
