Insisted that I pay $999 for a worthless alarm and $799 for "VIN Etching" in order for me to buy the car. Also added in a $650 "vehicle service contract" for oil changes, etc. on a leased car. I told them I didn't want to get it, but by the time I was in their finance department, it was back in and I signed without looking at the document. They put it on a computer screen so it's hard to scroll through it and see what's been added. My NUMBER 1 HINT would be to insist that they print it out before you sign it. If you do end up with the "vehicle service contract" you can cancel it for a full refund in 60 days with Honda if you haven't used it. The guy who did the test drive was fine, but they pass you on to another guy inside - he'll tell you a bunch of numbers but make sure he writes it down so you can compare it - they'll tell you that your notes are wrong on the conversation. The Deal is not over even when you're in the finance office. Don't pay for their added B.S. - the alarm is useless and no car thief will look at the "etching" (actually little stickers) before they decide to steal your car. I don't recommend this dealership. I went through with the deal and didn't realize until afterwards (and after I had filled out the little "survey" that they give you right away). Lessons: 1. Insist on a written offer; 2. Insist on a printed document before signing; 3. Make sure you get the deal right before filling out the survey. More

Keys Woodland Hills Honda robbed me of a great experience buying my 2020 Civic Type R. Worst decision in my life coming to this place. As another person wrote in their review, BAIT & SWITCH is used in this dealership to its fullest, from Dealer to Finance working hand-in-hand deceiving unsuspecting customers. You'd think they'd treat a customer with more respect, who shows interest and capability to buy a top-shelf showroom type of vehicle and probably one of the most, if not the most expensive ride in their lot because of outrageous dealer mark-ups. But instead does the opposite, you will be understimated & literally laughed at your face during a deal. From the moment of entering and exiting doors of other Honda dealerships, Ive had better experiences and were treated with more respect. If only they had my preferred colors, this review would've been an enjoyable & positive experience for them & myself. But, instead I ended up here at this God-forsaken Woodland Hills hours away from my house chasing an elusive vehicle, the Type R. Just don't be distracted and ask everything in writing especially when you happen to be assigned to a dealer named Armand. Who thinks his a slick talker and claims he'll hook you up for something supposedly free, but later ends up being charged back somewhere in your contract. Specially be on high alert and guard once you enter into Finance. God help you, if you end up seating in Leila Behpourian's office. She is at the top of this sindicate and partly the reason I regret my decision purchasing my Type R from them. This woman cannot be trusted on her word and has no patience with questions and will make you feel inadequate once you start inquiring suspicious charges (I knew I should've listened to my gut and got up and left). She will persistently make her money by slipping back services and extra costs in the contract and justifying them with BS reasons that you already denied at the dealer's desk, but then again that's the whole plan --remember that Bait & Switch game. To this day, I'm literally still trying to get a refund of an Insurance Service in the thousands of dollars that she tacked in my contract. Man, talk about the right car in a wrong dealership! In conclusion, Keys Woodland Hills Honda dealership are the epitome of fear of buying a new car and give other dealerships a bad name! Even if it's a hard-to-find vehicle your after (like I did) or just a regular car and don't want regrets or mental breakdowns and fractures in your marriage months after a purchase, do not buy your next car from here & look elsewhere... BUYER BEWARE! More
