I worked with Sidney Woolen (sales) and Ali Shirazi (finance) and both were completely professional and worked a GREAT deal for me. I had shopped around various dealerships before buying and Keyes had (finance) and both were completely professional and worked a GREAT deal for me. I had shopped around various dealerships before buying and Keyes had a large inventory and was willing to beat the other offers I obtained. Sidney was a pleasure to work with and hustled the entire time to get the vehicle price, inspection done, car detailed and ready to drive off the lot. The paperwork was quick and painless (no pressure to buy all the extras that I didn't want at this time). One of the best car purchase experiences I had (and I've purchased several new cars). More

So here comes the well deserved and overdue review of this establishment. Lease process: very easy, I would say even hassle free. They did try to tack in some xx charges even after discussing numerous this establishment. Lease process: very easy, I would say even hassle free. They did try to tack in some xx charges even after discussing numerous time via email and text messages, but overall it went fairly well. My salesaman was youngguy (Chad?) and he did a tremendous job as far as customer service goes. Lease return. Horrible. Absolutely unacceptable shady tactics. So 2 months before lease return they started sending me multiple emails and calls to hurry up and either return the car or buy it out. OK. Fine. I asked specifically how much I owe at the end, and they gave me a number. I asked specifically if it includes the tax etc. They assured that it does. So I came on the appointment day brought a check for the amount I was told. Here the scam begins. First, they brought me a lame printout with different car model and vin number and that I needed to pay $4.5K more. They said it's tax. So previously given information to me was wrong. OK, fine, tax. Why the xxxx you put different car on the header of invoice? No problem, they physically ripped of the header and giving me half xxx invoice. What a joke. I then asked for an itemized invoice. Here comes the magic in numbers: 1. Apparently they misquoted me on the Residual value which was $1000 less. 2. They added xx Documentation preparation fee of $995 3. They've added xx $595 for a smog check. Very overpriced. 4. Some other fees maybe regulatory. To summarize: you want to finish your lease and buyout go online and report their emails to spam. More
What a horrible experience! I contracted for a car on January 24 and was told I had to pay an extra $15,000 over sticker because it was the hottest car on the road and that’s w I contracted for a car on January 24 and was told I had to pay an extra $15,000 over sticker because it was the hottest car on the road and that’s what I would have to pay if I wanted the car in 2 to 3 weeks max. Well it’s been eight weeks. After the three week max period was up I called every few days and was promised that it would be here in the next few days… This has been going on for five weeks now. Today when I was finally frustrated enough I called and spoke to the general manager and told him that they should honor their agreement and takeoff the $15,000 over sticker to get my car within two or three weeks. His response was if I don’t want the car he can sell it to somebody else for more??? When I asked these folks if there was 1 million bucks in the car would they be able to go get it today… They both laughed and said well of course!!!! These people don’t care about their customers, or their word. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with any Mercedes dealership and I’ve been driving Mercedes for 21 out of the last 25 years. More
