People who leave five-star reviews must be smoking some drug. Every time I go to service, I get disrespected and thrown to the side as garbage. The service guy has some xxxxxxxx nasty attitude. When I drop off my car, whether a 100k car or a 250k car, I get thrown in the dirt when I ask for a loaner car, BUT they always have a bunch parked out front for god knows who. BMW offers excellent customer service, and they offer you a car for your troubles. It's gotten to the point where I HATE BMW, but I'm sure willing to buy one as my next car so I can get taken care of at the price I pay. More
