I can say, without hesitation, that after ten purchases of Mercedes that he is the finest sales rep I've ever dealt with. I trust him implicitly, an unusually high praise for an automobile salesman from a customer who is not willing to accept less than the best and is unaccustomed to using superlatives, Keyes service deserves praise, also, for being unfailing courteous and efficient. I have never had an instance in which the work recommended was unnecessary. Service at this dealer is a collaboration between driver and mechanic. Keyes is very good at explaining the repairs being done, and why they are recommended. There is always a clear and understandable approach to the ever more complex nature of system electronics. Any customer who wishes can be directly involved in the work of maintaining his or her vehicle. All questions are welcome and cheerfully answered truthfully. Ask for Donald Dorion for his exceptional knowledge and plain-speak in the unlikely event something needs repair outside warranty., Behind the doors of its elegant building on Van Nuys Blvd., Keyes offers a sales and service experience aa good as any you'd find anywhere in the world. Every customer, from rock star to average Joe is treated with the same unfailing respect, Whether the customer comes from high or low, I've found this is the only place selling luxury cars where every person is treated with the same courtesy and respect as a matter of course. It's been my privilege to have done business with Keyes for over three decades. I will go no place else, regardless of where I live, to experience the driving experience of Mercedes, perhaps why I meet fellow customers from throughout Los Angeles whenever I visit. More
I brought my car in to see about my check engine light. They came back with a nearly $6k repair bill. I went over to the sales dept to see if they would give me an estimate on trade-in value. Here's where I got all the way turned off with this dealership. They only wanted to offer me $4500 trade in value on my '14 Benz C250. How do you charge someone more to fix the car than you're offering for trade-in value!!?? Complete xx!! For the record, Carmax offered me $8400 for the same car. Needless to say I won't be back with shady business practices like that. One and DONE for me at Keyes. More

The sales manager John Yeghiayan provided inaccurate information about the vehicle we purchased, said it has body control suspension system and it does not. Lied about the vehicle warranty, said the 4-year warranty would start from the day of our purchase, come to find out later this was not true, the factory warranty was good through March 2026. . Are goal was to pay cash for the car, John encouraged to finance the purchase without penalty or interest through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and to contact MBFS a few day later to wire the money. On 3/14/2024 I spoke to MBFS and they said what John Yeghiayan said to us was not true and there was interest due of $141.63. After a few attempts to contact John Yeghiayan, to no avail, when I received the email from Mercedes-Benz about my experience, I wrote a negative review about John Yeghiayan who suspended the sales man Osy Nzenwa.
