I was coerced into signing incomplete documents, promised to be finalized the following day—a promise broken, as it took over two months to receive the completed documents, obscuring the financial details of my contract. Unauthorized Charges and Financial Manipulation: An unauthorized extra charge of $15,143 over the agreed price surfaced only after I received the sales documents belatedly. Additionally, the finance terms were altered without my consent, exacerbating my financial strain. Extended Warranty and Service Issues: I was pressured into purchasing an overpriced in-house extended warranty, inferior to a Mercedes Benz Sprinter-designed warranty that I initially requested.
