No response from anyone yet. I have emailed majority of the management and to make things worse they mailed a “special” offer to trade in my previous C class for a 2019 version with rates much better than I was offered a few weeks ago. I will be reporting this dealership to the better business bureau and am employing a lawyer to sue them for punitive damages. I want everyone to know the kind of predatory salespeople they are.
