I worked with Sidney Woolen (sales) and Ali Shirazi (finance) and both were completely professional and worked a GREAT deal for me. I had shopped around various dealerships before buying and Keyes had (finance) and both were completely professional and worked a GREAT deal for me. I had shopped around various dealerships before buying and Keyes had a large inventory and was willing to beat the other offers I obtained. Sidney was a pleasure to work with and hustled the entire time to get the vehicle price, inspection done, car detailed and ready to drive off the lot. The paperwork was quick and painless (no pressure to buy all the extras that I didn't want at this time). One of the best car purchase experiences I had (and I've purchased several new cars). More

So here comes the well deserved and overdue review of this establishment. Lease process: very easy, I would say even hassle free. They did try to tack in some xx charges even after discussing numerous this establishment. Lease process: very easy, I would say even hassle free. They did try to tack in some xx charges even after discussing numerous time via email and text messages, but overall it went fairly well. My salesaman was youngguy (Chad?) and he did a tremendous job as far as customer service goes. Lease return. Horrible. Absolutely unacceptable shady tactics. So 2 months before lease return they started sending me multiple emails and calls to hurry up and either return the car or buy it out. OK. Fine. I asked specifically how much I owe at the end, and they gave me a number. I asked specifically if it includes the tax etc. They assured that it does. So I came on the appointment day brought a check for the amount I was told. Here the scam begins. First, they brought me a lame printout with different car model and vin number and that I needed to pay $4.5K more. They said it's tax. So previously given information to me was wrong. OK, fine, tax. Why the xxxx you put different car on the header of invoice? No problem, they physically ripped of the header and giving me half xxx invoice. What a joke. I then asked for an itemized invoice. Here comes the magic in numbers: 1. Apparently they misquoted me on the Residual value which was $1000 less. 2. They added xx Documentation preparation fee of $995 3. They've added xx $595 for a smog check. Very overpriced. 4. Some other fees maybe regulatory. To summarize: you want to finish your lease and buyout go online and report their emails to spam. More
What a horrible experience! I contracted for a car on January 24 and was told I had to pay an extra $15,000 over sticker because it was the hottest car on the road and that’s w I contracted for a car on January 24 and was told I had to pay an extra $15,000 over sticker because it was the hottest car on the road and that’s what I would have to pay if I wanted the car in 2 to 3 weeks max. Well it’s been eight weeks. After the three week max period was up I called every few days and was promised that it would be here in the next few days… This has been going on for five weeks now. Today when I was finally frustrated enough I called and spoke to the general manager and told him that they should honor their agreement and takeoff the $15,000 over sticker to get my car within two or three weeks. His response was if I don’t want the car he can sell it to somebody else for more??? When I asked these folks if there was 1 million bucks in the car would they be able to go get it today… They both laughed and said well of course!!!! These people don’t care about their customers, or their word. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with any Mercedes dealership and I’ve been driving Mercedes for 21 out of the last 25 years. More
If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. This is by far the worst car experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay away from this dealer as they don’t keep up their word. We agreed on This is by far the worst car experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay away from this dealer as they don’t keep up their word. We agreed on numbers over the phone on two brand new 2021 G63 and I told them to send me the paperwork to sign the agreement so I can make sure that they won’t change the numbers on me when I get there. As I didn’t want to drive all the from Arizona to California for no reason, but they said no, and I have to come there so I trusted them as they gave me their word. Upon arrival to the dealership they changed the numbers on me just as I expected, and they knew I was coming all the way from Arizona, but they kept playing games and wanted to charge me more than what we agreed on. I wish that I didn’t trust them because I wasted my time driving all the way to California for no reason. The salesperson Alyssa Marquez was super nice and tried everything to get the deal going, but the sales manager John Yeghiayan was very rude and he didn’t want the deal to be done. More
Things started out so well. I told him that I agreed with the price and he had a deal. Even though I would have to wait 3 months for a built-to-order vehicle, getting the exact features I wanted at a promised price made the long wait worthwhile. About 10 weeks later I followed up to check on the progress and Steve informed me that the vehicle would arrive in about a week. A week later Steve called me to say the vehicle would arrive the next day. After waiting over 3 months and in desperate need of a vehicle, I was ready to schedule my pick up. Then Steve said, "so you know, I talked to my Sales Manager Brian Sheldon and when you come in we will need to charge you the sticker price because the market has changed and we only had a verbal agreement, not a signed agreement." I told Steve that that was not right. I told him that I have been waiting for months and based many decisions on his promise and that that was not fair, but that I would talk to my wife and call him back. I called him back the next morning and offered to compromise and raise the price half way from his offer to the sticker price. He said, "cool, let me talk to the Internet Sales Director Kelly Gugerty and I will call you right back, just give me 10 minutes." I waited for hours yet Steve never returned my phone call. I called again that evening and this time Steve did not answer. I left him a voice mail and asked Steve to please have Kelly Gugerty, Brian Sheldon or David Kohen call me back. In the end, no one called me back and my wife and I are devastated. It sure makes sense now why David always asks reviewers to call or write the office instead of simply reaching out to the customer. There are good, respectable dealerships out there I'm sure, but I will never do business with a dealer where company profits are valued so much higher than customer promises. More
