Our sales droid was pleasant but complicit in the BS. Okay, so what's the price guys? Begin crazy runaround session. 1) Before sales droid can give me a price I have to sign some insane oath that "if all the terms are agreed upon I will buy buy this car today." That part was hand written on a sheet bearing all incorrect prices and options for the car we wanted. I added my own bit of language to that and sent it along. 2) along with my pledge, I am supposed to fill in part of a credit application..even though I am buying the car outright. I tell them NOT to run my credit but give them the paperwork. Off to a bad start. 3) In comes Dom, an archetype sales crook. Dom makes up numbers for a living. The car was supposed to MSRP for ~$18k. Dom's piece of paper starts at $26! 4) Hey Dom, what car do you think we're buying? We actually wound up with 5 (FIVE!) different numbers, none of which was anywhere near what the first sales droid put out there. 5) Hey Dom, we don't want the alarm system or the "paint protecting coating" (yes, the legendary "undercoating" is back). Dom: "well it's already on there, they all have it." Okay, genius, then you don't have the car I want and there's nothing keeping me here. By this time I'm tired and hungry. I call my wife to double check on the prices and sales (Memorial Day weekend). Things are not looking good in the math department. So goodbye fellas, you're too clever for your own good. I go home. My wife goes online for quotes and we have locked prices $3,000 below the elusive verbal price Keyes gave us. In less time than we waited to meet Dom, we drove 20 miles to Bunin Chevy and got the exact car we wanted without BS. In fact, these folks were pleasant, friendly, and straightforward. Buy cars online. Avoid Keyes as if your life depends on it. No good can come from there. We will not go there for service, either. More

Had a good experience. called and talked to Tony off the bat. He matched the Costco pricing and i was in by 8pm and driving out by 9:45.
