Would have given 5 stars for service, but my Yukon was returned filthy on the inside, and somebody obviously drove it with the window down, as there were arm smears on the driver's door. There was also dirt on the steering wheel where it meets the dash, and somebody rubbed it off with their hand, leaving a big smear of dirt and some whitish substance I had to clean off. Someone also used the wipers/washer to clean the windshield, leaving dirt where the wipers don't clean. which I again had to clean when I got home. Basically my Yukon was much dirtier than when I brought it in. Very disappointing. None of these are Sam's issues. He's terrific. More
