From the first contact with Rich Rysell on the internet, he was informative, supplied the requested information in a timely fashion and provided consultative service (not pressure sales). Upon arrival, after introductions, we were presented with a "No Surprises" written copy of the quotation negotiated by phone. We test drove the car while our trade-in was evaluated. Upon return from the test drive, we were pleasantly surprised, all previously agreed figures were honored. It was refreshing to not be faced with bait & switch internet prices or trade-in values that declined upon inspection. I can honestly say, "all negotiations were conducted in good faith and honored". This theme was continued with every person we interacted with (Rich Rysell/Salesmen, Doug Faber/Sales Manager, Chris Morano/ Sales Manager, Jim Roberts/Finance Manager), even the person who detailed the vehicle before departure was courteous and efficient.
