Wendy provided great service however she could use assistance in finishing the service process. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and sync update over the phone with some male person, h assistance in finishing the service process. My appointment was at 8:00 am, I arrived at 7:45 and was written up promptly by Wendy. After 10:00, over 2 hours plus, I inquired of Wendy on status and was told it was complete. However, it took another 20 minutes to get my vehicle/paperwork complete as Wendy was swamped with new service customers, phone calls, and other completions. At this time, several service associates were standing idly around as was the Service Manager. Wendy did a thourogh job but could use assistance from other associates or Managers. More

I brought the 2013 Explorer in for some routine service along with an AM radio which did not work properly. The dealership had the vehicle for 14+ days. Supposedly the alternator was replace at the sugge along with an AM radio which did not work properly. The dealership had the vehicle for 14+ days. Supposedly the alternator was replace at the suggestion of Ford Tech. Supposedly, several additional test were done again supposedly at the suggestion of Ford Tech. The problem was not fixed. I even took the service department and service manager on a side by side comparison to two other new 2013 Explorers. Both of those radios worked fine on AM. My vehicle just made a scratchy howling noise. Supposedly, Ford Tech told the service department it is atmospheric interference. This is a total fabrication because 2 other 2013 Explorers where fine in a side by side comparison. It has now been 2 additional weeks since I picked up the vehicle and still no resolution to fixing the vehicle. I did receive a phone call from the service manager telling me he would continue to work with Ford Tech to resolve the problems. I have a question - how long would you suggest I wait before starting a Florida Lemon Law compliant ? More
