She was very thorough in explaining the features to my mother, and she made a follow up call to my mother the next day to be sure Mom was satisfied and see if she had any questions. Jim Roberts in the finance dept was also pleasant to work with. Jim offered extra items, warranty,service, etc., but never pressured Mom into purchasing.
