Overall the service experience went well. I had to clean a glob of grease off of my dashboard so I rated the service center "good" but not "excellent." Also, there was some packaging debris left on the passenger seat of my car that I had to discard. I would expect that all of that should have been done by the tech that was working inside my car. Service I had to wait a few days to get my car for a starter issue. Not sure If the service department was understaffed or if they were extremely busy.
