Exhaust Repair on 2018 Mustang GT I didn't meet the mechanic that repaired my Mustang, but Wayne the service writer did a super job at taking my fears away from worrying about my car. Special concerns (don't dent/scratch/snap/break or otherwise damage) were carefully maintained by this dealer. Work was done on time and on budget. Service rep Gina explained what to watch for in the AC system over the next few days. This is a good dealership - I appreciate their efforts. More

Items were changed that were not neccessary. I went in to have a front end alignment and fix my brakes cause my brake pedal was going to the floor. It was first suggested after a diagnoses, to flush my brake line and change my pads. Diagnoses , flush $400.00. Didn't work, Next change the rear right caliper and while they were at it should change the brake pads, Another $400.00. Also didn't work. after talking with Ford it was suggested to change the other caliper and that took care of the problem, $1200.00 later. My mechanic told me my brake pads were fine when he changed the tires the day before I took the car into the dealership. He also said the first flush was a joke . He said I definitely overpaid by $300.00 to $400.00. Never again, Wayne Dunn was very friendly and helpful and gave me a loaner vehicle because it took a week to get my vehicle back. If you do go for service. I recommend dealing with Wayne. More
