Pleasantly surprised After several days of research, I decided to visit my local Hyundai dealer to test drive the various Hyundai SUVs and obtain an approximate trade in v After several days of research, I decided to visit my local Hyundai dealer to test drive the various Hyundai SUVs and obtain an approximate trade in value for my 2007 Hyundai Elantra with 172K miles. I purchased the Elantra new in December 2006 while living in North Carolina and after moving to New Hampshire, it became obvious we needed an AWD vehicle. I also planned to test drive a new Mazda CX5 later in the day. When I and my wife walked into Salem Ford/Hyundai we spent a few minutes walking around the showroom looking at the various vehicles before Angel Rivera introduced himself and asked what type of vehicle were we interested in and what brands / models / colors / options / etc. we were considering. 3 hours later, we drove away in our new, leased, 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport after test driving 3 vehicles; a Tuscon (too small), Santa Fe (too large), Santa Fe Sport (perfect). At no time did we feel pressure to purchase / lease a vehicle, the trade in value offered for my Elantra was fair, Angel answered our questions efficiently and openly and we negotiated a fair deal without the typical "let me check with my manager" tactic. After finalizing the sale, Morgan (finance manager) then processed the lease paperwork efficiently, while offering, but not forcefully pushing, several add-ons. I will definitely consider and recommend Salem Ford/Hyundai for my future needs. More

integrity+ Dana sold me my second Hundai in 2010. In 2013, I saw Dana about a new Santa Fe, but Salem Ford would not match another dealers price (about1200) dif Dana sold me my second Hundai in 2010. In 2013, I saw Dana about a new Santa Fe, but Salem Ford would not match another dealers price (about1200) difference, so I bought elsewhere, but still remembered the honesty Dana displayed in 2010, so when I bought this 2015 Santa Fe, I offered Dana the opportunity to match another dealers price, which he did. I will always give Dana a chance, because he has been very fair, and keeps his word. More
