Second, the not-so-good: Key doesn't seem to care about its curbside appeal a bit; potholes everywhere, windows and doors that rattled with every gust of wind, chairs with the filling falling out, rusted desks. The team itself is disorganized and super unprofessional. They made me come back (a 1.5 hour round trip) after forgetting to have me sign one of the papers, and not giving me my spare key. I was told features existing on the car that didn't. I wasn't told no one was there to do my finances until I decided to purchase the car- so i had to come back the next day to do it. I was told my car would be delivered to me, and then my sales guy said he "didn't realize" no one could go with him to do it. It ended up getting done when i pushed back, but come on. ALL -- and I mean ALL -- of my information was entered incorrectly, and had to be redone- even the amount of my down payment was entered incorrectly, and dramatically changed my monthly payments once it was entered in right. People here don't seem to communicate with each other, and it shows. There is very little pride in their cars or their appearance as a dealership. Definitely felt pressured to commit to purchasing and got the typical "we can't go lower than XYZ and then suddenly, like magic, they dropped the price when i said i would just find something elsewhere. Typical sales tactics, atypical lack of care about the place itself. Disappointed overall and would never recommend them to anyone else. More

Overall decent service and decent deal on used car I came here with my kids to look for Santa Fe under $18K, sales person Mike came to show me only Tucson and Rogue. Later found other key dealerships I came here with my kids to look for Santa Fe under $18K, sales person Mike came to show me only Tucson and Rogue. Later found other key dealerships have $18k santa fe. We decided on Rogue and only got $2k off the initial used car price. Then later found out car registration came very late a week later and called many time to check status. Got original copy in mail after 9 days, still with no replacement check for the broken front shield wipers. Overall, should not buy too early and still go shop at least 2-3 dealerships. More

It's unfortunate that from the time I purchased my vechile there in 2013 that the service department is still just as uncoordinated, rude, and irresponsible. If your looking for a complete expereince which includes quality service after the car has been sold to you, this is not the place. More

Mutipoint inspection, not. Had my car towed there for service, i had previously talked to a service tech there and explained that i was hearing clicking from the right side of t Had my car towed there for service, i had previously talked to a service tech there and explained that i was hearing clicking from the right side of the vehicle and i believe its a failed cv axle. When the car was towed there they diagnosed it and said it needed an new engine. Good thing i have the extended warranty so i give the go ahead. A week later i get my car back they suggest i get spark plugs but they wanted to much to do it and my warranty doesn't cover them its running fine but i smell coolant but its not leaking nor is it over heating so i think nothing of it . So i drove to the it to the nearest auto parts store and bought spark plugs and i drove home. The next morning i go to do the spark plugs and i see my reservoir for my coolant is empty and dry, I take the cap off the radiator doesn't appear to be any coolant in it so i get a ride to oreillys to get coolant and put it in my car it took almost 3/4s of a bottle of coolant and then i filled the reservoir and drove it around a bit no loss of coolant no more coolant smell. Not to happy this was overlooked considering what could have happened had i not noticed that. More
