The concierge representative called in minutes, followed quickly by a sale rep, Evan Skinner. We spoke and negotiated a few times in the next couple of hours. We reached a verbal agreement. I arrived at the dealer for my appointment. The car I wanted was right by the front door and the Evan was there to greet us. Overall the service experience went well. I had to clean a glob of grease off of my dashboard so I rated the service center "good" but not "excellent."
