My service for a LOF and tire rotation and checkup was done satisfactorily. My complaints are: 1. Trying to get through via a phone call to schedule a non appointment is not easy. Sometimes they don’t done satisfactorily. My complaints are: 1. Trying to get through via a phone call to schedule a non appointment is not easy. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone and I have to keep calling back. 2. When I finally get through my closest appointment is like 3 weeks out. If I need an LOF, sometimes a person can’t wait that long. 3. The last appoint I had yesterday for a LOF took almost 90 minutes to complete. That’s way too long. I got there 20 minutes early which means I was there almost 2hours!! That’s unacceptable. I’ve been going to this dealership for over 20 years. Bought 3 cars. Service time management has to get better. More
