I just purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tucson last week and it was an amazing experience! When deciding to buy a new vehicle, I was dreading the car buying experience since I knew I would be buying from a dealer was an amazing experience! Key Hyundai of Salem was my first stop out of five different appointments and it was the best experience. Complete ease with no pressure. Dylan Woo was my salesperson and he was so great at listening for what my husband and I needed. He gave me different options at a range of price points based on our needs. His team also helped in providing a really fun experience. My husband and I left that dealership with the information we needed as we went to other dealerships to test drive other vehicles. We were upfront with visiting other dealerships and still no pressure. We really felt that Dylan and his team just wanted us to make the best decision for us. It is clear that they had confidence in their cars and their service. At the end of the day, we immediately came back to Key Hyundai to move forward with the Tucson.
