I had a flat tire according to the dashboard tire pressure, but the service person at the desk would not check it. He said the first available time was next week. Basically his message to me was I co pressure, but the service person at the desk would not check it. He said the first available time was next week. Key was able to get me in quickly after my water pump went. The customer service rep was phenomenal and had already taken care of recalls before they called about the repairs needed.
