We loved our Touring and the service that Manchester Key Hyundai had given us over the years, that when it came time for a new car we didn’t think twice about where we were going to purchase it from. The salesperson, Joel, as expected, took such good care of us. He listened to what we wanted and needed and showed us the many options that we could choose from. We never felt pressured and he made car shopping an enjoyable experience. Joel took the time to explain all the many features of each of the cars that we were interested in and helped us weigh the pros and cons to find the right car to meet our needs and lifestyle. When it came to the actual purchase financing was a breeze. All the paperwork was done quickly and before we knew it we were driving our beautiful new Santa Fe out of the lot. Joel checked in on us a couple of days later to see how we were doing and if we had any questions that he could help us with. I laughed because with all the new technology, and bells and whistles, we had lots of questions. Joel invited me back to the dealership to answer our questions. When I went in, Joel sat in the car with me, answered my questions, and walked me through everything. I was so grateful for his kindness and patience.
