Scammed I received a flyer in the mail saying they would match what I owed on my car, to get me into a new car. I went there and the salesmen Steven cerasoli I received a flyer in the mail saying they would match what I owed on my car, to get me into a new car. I went there and the salesmen Steven cerasoli meet us outside while looking at the new palisade.. we gave him the flyer and told him we would like to look at the 2019 Santa fe with a 3rd row. He then explained that they are out of stock and that no one in the state had any left, my wife was disappointed so he started selling us on the palisade.. his selling points were that we could skip a payment. So our 1st payment would be in oct. and the flyer offer to match what I owed on my trade in. Long story short, they didn’t match what we owed, we didn’t get to skip a payment but worst of all is that I found 3 Santa Fe xls with a third row the next day at lia Hyundai right in hartford.. so why was I told there weren’t any in the state? It’s my fault for signing without double checking everything he said but I thought they were being honest with me. I won’t make that mistake again More
