They switched my wanted car and delivered another one to me! I financed a Tucson from them. The more important thing which I am still angry about that is they switched the car which I wanted with another car a I financed a Tucson from them. I wanted a car which was a bit more expensive (SEL model) which I think they had one from that with the color I wanted, and they had many from the other model with a bit lower price (Value AWD). So, we called my insurance to register my new car and I read the VIN number to the insurance myself then the guy there offered me help to talk with my insurance and took my phone and the VIN number sticker that I had to another place and came back and finished the call, which I found later he changed the VIN number with the VIN number of the other car which they wanted to give me instead when he got to another place in between!! Then we did the signature process and I didn't think they had switched the car and they delivered it to me and I went home! But, as I have a very good memory, and memorized the 4 last number of the VIN number in store, a couple of days later I found that the VIN number is different, also the price and model on the factory paper which they put in the dashboard was different than the car I wanted!! Another thing is, the price and the installments are fix from the factory, but in the beginning they told me a much higher amount for monthly payment and they pretend they can reduce it for me! And told me a final price which was still higher all offers from the factory!! Then, they checked my credit and I approved for zero percent APR. But, they showed me a paper with 4.5 percent APR and other calculations and showed the monthly payment which was less than the amount they told me before and continuously were talking to convince me that is better than zero APR. Then I asked to give me the paper of calculations for zero percent and that was less! So, they start to convince me to get the 4.5 percent and then refinance to 3.5 percent later and bla bla bla bla.... which I asked for a minute to think and then I picked the zero percent. More
