The solution would have been to have your associate apologize instead of telling the entire staff and being extremely unprofessional. Never met anyone who is that incapable of being in customer service. I have escalated my complaint to corporate after several people who reviewed this dealership on Facebook also did the same. I reached out to this lady on there who said her complaints were not taken serious until she emailed and called corporate. There’s a reason people use Carvana. I came there to buy a car and sell my 2019 one. I left with a car because I needed one and sold my used car to Carvana. I have excellent credit and down payment so my business could have been taken elsewhere. Truthfully, if I didn’t need a car that day I would have walked away. We are also in the market for another car which I will be using the Old Saybrook dealership for due to their professionalism. Please train your staff better because from the looks of it, Eli got away with unacceptable behavior. I also heard from my neighbor who recommended me they had a similar experience with this associate. Thanks!
