Stopped in on Friday with a few questions and inquiry about Tucson’s in stock. Was greeted by my salesman Alex who welcomed myself, my partner, and my service dog. Everyone was more than welcoming to Bis about Tucson’s in stock. Was greeted by my salesman Alex who welcomed myself, my partner, and my service dog. Everyone was more than welcoming to Biscuit the service dog. He even got to go for a test ride. I decided to purchase the vehicle, everyone stayed kate to work with me on my trade in, do all the paperwork necessary, stayed late, and Saturday morning I drove away in my Tuscon smiling ear to ear. I hadn’t bought a car in sometime, so walking in wasn’t sure what to expect, Key Hyundai made the entire process painless and stress free. Horrible experience in addressing my vehicle recall remedy. I got a mailer from Hyundai to schedule an appointment for an urgent safety recall. I set up an appointment online. They transferred me from one line to another and no one answered my question. After that I called another day and they confirmed every was all set. I even got a confirmation call from them before the day of appointment saying its all set. When I arrived Dan DeFreitas the service advisor just told me the part was not available and apologized for my wasted time. I told him that I was not told this when I talked to them multiple times before driving up. But he just sai daorry and handed over the key. I found him very blunt, smile-less face and wanted to quickly end the interaction. Very disappointed with the overall service and lack of care fot customers and their time. More
