I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new car whether or not they are trading one in. This dealership assisted my husband and I in trading in a standard car for an automatic. They work a new car whether or not they are trading one in. This dealership assisted my husband and I in trading in a standard car for an automatic. They worked with my husband (who is overseas in Iraq)and myslef providing the best price around for the trade in value of our car and lowered the price for a new car on their lot so we could afford it. From beginning to end it took less than a week to drive our new car off the lot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and they had a great attitude through out the process. They listened to what we wanted, nothing else. All our questions were answered and it felt like a family there, everyone working together to get everything dome. Service was Excellent! More

This dealer is all about fooling and cheating customer by taking more and more money out of your pocket and do not give the customer a honest advice and quotation. There is a huge difference in prices what they promise on internet or call and what they offer when you walk in the store. And when they realize the customer knows about their cheating stunt, they make a excuse of saying this is how we do business and we always try to pull extra money from the customer. Doing business do not mean that you start snatching money by fooling the customers. Also the manager is rude and talks as if he is doing a favor by selling the car to us. The people are not trust worthy. If they do this at the time of sales, how can they be trusted after sales-service. More

ON THE DAY I WENT TO LOOK TO BUY AN CAR AT KEY HYUNDAI OF MANCHESTER I WAS UPSET, DISTRAUGHT AND UNBELIVEABLY FRUSTRATED. FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE STORE I WAS GREETED WITH FRIENDLINESSS AND MY SPIRITS MANCHESTER I WAS UPSET, DISTRAUGHT AND UNBELIVEABLY FRUSTRATED. FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE STORE I WAS GREETED WITH FRIENDLINESSS AND MY SPIRITS LIFTED AUTOMATICALLY WHAT SEEMED AN IMPOSSIBLE THING GIVING THE CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT FROM MY WONDERFULL SALES AGENT MIKE KICZUK TO THE PATIENCE OF THE MANAGERS CHARLIE WILLIAMS AND TOM GODBOUT WHOM ALL WORKED TIREDLESSLY TO ACCOMODATE ME (NOT TO MENTION STAYING PASS STORE HOURS TO INSURE MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS)AND MAKE ME FEEL AS COMFORTABLE IN MAKING THIS DEAL WITH ME. Ed Poland is a knowledgable, professional salesperson and was very helpful through the entire process. He consistently answered my many, many questions and seems to be a genuinely nice guy. He seems to really like his job and the fact that he's worked at the same dealership for many years speaks to the kind of dealership Key Hyundai is. Tom Godbout was very friendly/helpful during the paperwork part of the deal - - he also didn't seem to mind answering many questions! I already have recommended this dealership and particularly Ed to a couple of people who will be buying vehicles soon. I also had the opportunity to speak with Jill who is one of the owners. She is surprisingly accessible and easy to speak with - - she made my already good experience even better. I look forward to doing business with this dealership for many years. More

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Key Hyundai. I was greated at the door by one of the managers who immediately had a salesman come to assist me. I had been to three or four other Hyundai dealers previous to this and it seemed that the task of getting assistance always fell on my lap. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. Working with my salesman Dustin was like shopping with one of my girlfriends, he was very laid back and personable. At no time during the process did I feel pressured or that I was being sold which I believe is what made it so easy for me to make a decision. I purchase a brand new Elantra and was able to do the paperwork about 15 to 20 minutes after agreeing to the price. The gentleman who prepared my paperwork was just as friendly as Dustin and explained all the options for warranties and various insurances that the dealership offered again at no time did I feel pressured and after asking some questions which he answered without the assumed car dealership retorict which you read so much about on the internet I purchased a 10 year 100k mile bumper to bumper warrantly for $1595. I had already done some research into warranties and the next closest comparable warranty that was available online was about $1000 dollars more and didn't even offer the same level of protection. I was done with my paperwork in what seemed to only be about 20 minutes and had my new registration at most ten minutes after that. Total time at dealership 1.5 hours and left in my new car. I highly recommend Key Hyundai of Manchester they truly gave me a 5 star experience!! More
