After researching the 2011 Sonata online, I put in a request for more info and I was contacted by Melody online and then by phone. She was happy to give me more info and pointed me in the right direction at my local dealer. I arrived around 4pm on a very busy Saturday afternoon and was met by the infamous Dan Bentivengo. From the start the low key, no pressure atmosphere was very relaxing. After a test drive and a look at my trade, Dan was ready to "blow my mind" with a great price. The price for my trade was more than fair (way better than Carmax) and the new Sonata quote is what I expected from my internet research. Even though late in the day, the staff stayed a few hours late and I was able to drive away that evening. Thanks to everyone at Key, I have nothing but good things to say! More
I have given Key Hyundai a great rating because of the great service I experience. I was probably not one of their easiest sales due to some circumstances, but they worked very hard and got me into the c great service I experience. Not only that but they were so nice and unfortuneatly, customer service like that is hard to find these days. Sal sat with me the whole time I was there waiting on paperwork and getting details worked out. He wasnt brushing me off trying to make the next sale. I would and already have recommended this dealer and Sal and Tom to others. Thanks Key Hyundai!! More

Had stopped in several times and was helped by the sales person who was extremely friendly & knowledgable. On one of my later visits, I found the salesman had been promoted to sales manager. He continued to person who was extremely friendly & knowledgable. On one of my later visits, I found the salesman had been promoted to sales manager. We bought our first Sonata in 2003 from Manchester Key Hyundai and have been loyal customers ever since. When we needed another car there was no doubt that we would go to Manchester Key Hyundai. There was never any pressure to buy. We were allowed to take the car for overnight to decide. I really appreciated that since my husband was working when I checked out the 2004 Sonata. Since 2003 I have received super service from the service department. They are real professionals and care about your experience and car. I’ve recommended Manchester Key to anyone who mentions that they are looking for a car. We just had friends purchased a car in November from them and they are really happy with how they are treated by Scott. We have had a couple of batteries and tires replaced for free, which is a great savings. December 10 we purchased a Chrysler Sebring from Manchester Key. Dustin Drummey was a very enjoyable and helpful sales person. He made us feel good about the purchase and has called several times to make sure we are happy with the Sebring. He has answered any questions we have and is a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for a car, I have no doubt that you should buy from Manchester Key. We will continue to go to Manchester Key when we need another car. We have always been treated as we are the only customer because they care about their customers. More

Having bought several cars over the course of my life-time and dealt with several car dealerships and sales representitives, I would have to say that this experience has been the most enjoyable I've ever had. Although all the Key employees I met and interacted with were friendly, curtious and highly professional, I was especially fortunate to have Dan Bentivengo as my sales representitive. He went out of his way to make sure I received the best service possible both in terms of finding the exact car I was looking for and at a price which we could both be satisfied with. Dan's low-key, relaxed sales style, as well as wonderful sense of humor, put me at ease and made me feel comfortabe that I was making the right decision in buying a car from Key Hyundai. I look forward to servicing my car at Key Hyundai. More
We gave this dealership high marks because our car broke down just before christmas. this was not a planned visit. we desprately needed a new car and soon! We have 2 very youn kids, Our daughter is 7 and our son is 5. i had brought a large bag of toys expecting to be there all day and come home with nothing for a week or 2. so we all piled in our 2nd car and drove off. I had beed researching hyundai dealerships in the area and found this one to have fair prices and (more important to me) it was the only one that did not harp-almost beg for us to come in. they simply said "when your ready, we will be here" and let us take charge of whether or not they would be choosen. the kids were excited to go and when we got there we were greeted warmly. they took us to a large table so the kids could play while my husband and I looked around. then Ben cam over. we were his 1st sale. I was a bit nervous about this, but in the end i was glad we stuck with him. He may not have had all the answers (at the time) but he was patient and nice and when he had no clue about something, he did not pretend he did, just to give an answer. He went and found the answer. we knew buying a car was a long process. We were there for 6 hours with our kids. Ben had no problem with me bringing mcdonalds in for lunch for the kids (and my husband.) the kids had a pretty good time looking at all the cars and even found a hot little sporty car for daddy for when our malibu dies (which should be soon.) by the time the 6 hours was drawing to a close the kids were deffinately ready to leave. it was around the 4 hour mark when we discovered this sweet play room by the TV. it was perfect. i put on a cartoon and they played joyfully for the rest of the time we were there! When we left --much to my GREAT surprise-- we drove home with a new hyundai santa fe. Now, it is about 3 monthes later now and i LOVE it. all in all it was a good experierence and i am VERY happy that I picked Key Hyundai of manchester. More
The Salesman was good, not to pushy, knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the features of the car and was very patient with us. The time that it took to finalize the sale the next day was not good - they had us waiting several hours to get into the Finance Manager, we had a 5 pm appointment and did not get into his office until 7:15, and then the figures were different then what we were quoted, but they did work with us and we eventually came to an agreement that we are satisfied with. We are definitely impressed with the quality, warranty and performance of the car. More

We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai in Connecticut. The employees, especially Ed, were friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy.
