Key Hyuandi was the best sales experince that I have had. I would absolutley recommend this dealership to a person looking for a Hyuandai. This dealership was recommended to us by an online loan site, and I went in there with very low expectations due to past experiences with dealerships. I definetly did not expect to walk out of there with the elantra I wanted, but that is exactly what happened. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Liz did an excellent job with financing, she went above and beyond. Ed and Tom were extremely plesant and helpful. There was no pressue at all, they worked with us to get us what we wanted. They were all honest and up front, not at all intimidating. We have given the 'great' ratings, because, they were all great to work with. More

My wife and I were in need of a vehicle, so the wife said go and find a car so I went and came straight to you. Not knowing what to expect, I found that the atmospher was very relaxing no pressure from a Sal go and find a car so I went and came straight to you. Not knowing what to expect, I found that the atmospher was very relaxing no pressure from a Sales Associate at all. The first thing I told the associate, was about my credit and where it stood and he didn't hesate to say that would not be a problem. When the motto is "worry free" it is true, no pressure at all. I have gone to many dealers and never received the kind of reception I did at Key Hyundia everyone was friendly. I have not yet experienced servicing but looking forward to bring my car in to a dealer who treats you like family. Key Hyundia will now become my dealer and my family and friends dealer. I literally walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester crying because of the car i owned at that moment. Robert Draeger came right up and introduced himself and took me right over to his desk. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the business. He was polite and did everything he could to get me into another car. He was not pushy like other dealers I have been to and took his time to find the right fit for me. The other sales associates were polite and friendly also. I will definitely continue my business with Key Hyundai of Manchester. Liz in finance did everything she could to get my payments right where i wanted them. Great expeience, Jon listened and met my needs. I went into dealership, told them what I wanted and within 3 hours drove out in the car I wanted. When I went looking for a car, I was unsure whether or not my credit would be a factor. Hyundai was my first stop and they got me into a car within a few hours. We felt extremely comfortable from the moment we met with Joe Vazquez. He explained that he was new, which was fine, and he made it a point not to overwhelm us with any kind of aggressive sales pitch. He w Joe Vazquez. He was very honest with us, and didn't have all the answers but was still confident and willing to go ask when he didn't have an answer to some of our questions. Joe was very humble and had a great friendly attitude, which was appreciate. He didn't push anything on us and let us decide for ourselves. Tom, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful. He guided Joe along the way but didn't take over for him. Tom was able to alleviate some of our concerns with price and buying a vehicle out of state. The approach taken by Key Hyundai and their staff were major reasons we purchased our new Tuscon on our first visit there. We highly recommend Joe Vazquez and Key Hyundai!
