Right from the beginning Gene was listening to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Gene and Sal ensured we left the dealership with the vehicle ready for the road. Because the detail shop was gone for the day they told us to come back and get the car detailed and topped off and even followed up and called to make sure we didn't forget. We came in with the mindset of doing business if the numbers suited our budget. Justin was friendly and knowledgeable, and the finance manager provided answers to all our questions regarding loans and numbers suited our budget. We were processed quickly and efficiently with some minor speed bumps that were taken care of effortlessly. Due to some on foreseen circumstances we were unable to pick up our new car immediately and were given a loaner with no issues. All employees we came into contact with were personable and down to earth, most importantly no one was a pushy car salesman :) Would absolutely recommend this dealership to any and everyone for service as well as value and integrity-they are all good honest people. Was given incorrect key and several days after sale still don't have plates and title. Other than this the purchase was painless, although it was very hot in the temporary showroom (broken air conditioning) don't have plates and title. It took months to get the model (Sonata hybrid) of car we wanted, but this seemed to be a distribution problem in the company. Because of the scarcity of this model, there was no room for negotiation on price which was very disappointing. All of these issues added up to a just 'OK' rating overall. More

My vehicle had broken down for the last time and I refused to put any more money into it. I was basically strapped for cash. Had little money to put down and also had the trade. A coworker had rcommended I check out Hyundai because his girlfriend had just bought one and he was pleased with it. Told me about the 100,000 warranty, said the price was good and was a decent car. So I went online and found a 2012 Hyundai Accent for 13,000 with almost no mileage. I was attracted and decided to go check it out. Ending up finding one I liked. Unfortunately, my personal bank required me to have to put down too much. I inquired about Lia's own finance company and applied. Now, I was down all day because like I said I was strapped for cash. Francois, Tom and Willis all worked with me and made it happen for me. I feel great now knowing I have a brand new 2012 Hyundai Accent GLS with 9 miles on it. I honestly feel like a million bucks. So, thank you all!!!! More
