Where do I start!?!? Worst customer service my wife and I have ever received, from any company for any product! Started with an online inquiry about a Certified 2018 Hyundai Santa FE V6 AWD Ultimate Editi I have ever received, from any company for any product! Started with an online inquiry about a Certified 2018 Hyundai Santa FE V6 AWD Ultimate Edition. Spoke to Shannon through text, email, and on the phone. She couldn't/wouldn't provide us with a purchase order to give to our local Credit Union for us to purchase this vehicle, sight unseen even. We were put off for a total of 4 days. Meanwhile, my wife was also speaking to a sales rep, named Joel. While he wanted to make a sale, he also couldn't provide us the purchase order/Bill of Sale to take to our CU. They both kept making up excused that they had to speak to their managers first. Now, we wanted to Santa Fe, and were willing to leave a deposit to hold until we got down there with our check. We were put off by him for 4 days as well. We emailed, called, left messages, etc... without getting a call back once from the Sales Manager. Neither Shannon or Joel were able to get us a bill of sale, without talking to David Goodrich, the Sales Manager, first. They kept saying he was in meetings every time we tried to reach him directly. Well yesterday, July 20, 2021, we finally were able to speak to David, the Sales Manager. He flat out told us he would not sell us the Santa Fe. He said they keep these high end vehicles saved for their long time customers, ones that will have their service work done at the dealership, and buy warranties, maintenance plans, GAP, etc.. during the financing process. So because we live out of state, and were using our own financing, they would not sell us a vehicle, Period! I can't even begin to understand how this dealership is in business with the way they treat customers. I read a bunch of other reviews on Google that pretty much say the same thing as I've written. And each review is answered by the dealership with a copy and pasted sentence stating it was a one time error, and that they'll do better next time. I'll never do business with this place, nor can I apparently because I live out of state, but wouldn't anyway if given the opportunity. So buyer beware, they only care about how much they can profit on the deal, not that they are moving a unit that has been in their inventory for almost 2 months. I'm also going to let Hyundai Customer Service know this is how a dealership with their name on it is treating long time Hyundai buyers.. I Have owned 5 Hyundai's over the last 20 years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience this July 7, 2021 purchasing our new Hyundai Santa Fe SEL from Key Hyundai of Manchester. Our salesman Jose was great! He was super helpful and answered all of ou 2021 purchasing our new Hyundai Santa Fe SEL from Key Hyundai of Manchester. Our salesman Jose was great! He was super helpful and answered all of our questions before purchase. Jose also followed up with all the promises he made to us after the day we picked up the new car. He always kept his word!!! John in Finance was also great to work with. He was able to get us the best finance deal out there and saved us a great deal of money in rebates and in reduced interest with the car loan. Great staff, Great Dealership and I'm sure the service group will be just as excellent. We intend to have our new Santa Fe serviced at the dealership over the life of the vehicle.
