I went to the dealer today just to have my car appraised and left with a brand new Tucson! I was greeted by Ed and told him I was curious about trading in my current car for something a little bigger. I'm and left with a brand new Tucson! I'm a new mom and my current car was getting a little cramped with strollers diaper bags cars eats etc but I was worried I still owed too much on my 09 vehicle. He had Georgina take a look at my car and she was able to get me out of my current vehicle and into a larger suv for less money than I was currently paying. Ed called my insurance to find out how much my premium would be on the new car and I was amazed it was only 32.00 more a year. During the test drive Ed showed me all the features of the car and ensured I was comfortable with my new purchase. I'm am ecstatic about the car, it has so many more feaures than I thought I'd be able to get. I have heated seats, a roof rack, free satellite radio for three months, and exceptional bumper to bumper coverage, plus so much more! Jonathan took care of my paperwork, was fast friendly and efficient. I was out of the dealership on on my way home in less than 2 hours, which in my experience is a miracle!
