My first dealings with Key Hyundai began with Laurel who had emailed me right away and called me back to set up an appointment. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted right away by my sales associate Joey Vazquez and we began the process with no wait time. I was trading in my old car and I knew that I was intersted in either a 2012 or 2013 Elantra. We took care of the trade in and the credit paperwork and I did a test drive. Both Joey and Joe Cardella made me feel very comfortable. They were very helpful, polite and treated me with respect. At the end of the appointment Joey went back over all of the features of the car and he took the time to show me how everything worked and even synced my phone and downloaded my contacts for me. I am really enjoying my car. I would go back again for my next car. More

JD was definitely a treat to work with. He made me feel completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. Unlike other times I and my family have been to other dealers, he didn't make any assumptions, asked completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. But the one thing that caught my attention was that, he never gave me the feeling that he was trying to "Get over on me", because I was a female. I came in after they were already closed but Gene still came outside and greeted us. Went in and spoke with Jeff and Jill Merriam, owners of key haundai, this was our 4th car we purchased from them. They were amazing in helping us get the payment we needed and the car we wanted. From the beginning to the end the process was easy, friendly, professinal, we were treated unlike any car dealer we had ever been to. Everyone we encounted was very friendly, kind, and did everything they could to make this a great experience. We did have a bump in the road in the past, but what we have learned is that Jill is there to make it right if something goes wrong or a mistake is made. All you have to do is call and ask for her and she is willing to sit down and listen to what you have to say. and make it right. How many can say that about any other car dealer? To sit down with the owner of the dealership, after 25 years of buying cars, i have never encountered this.
